The Brave of Heart

Step into your power through one act of bravery and you will find a cloak of courage wraps around you. In that moment of encouragement, a spurt of golden joy will awaken within, and you will feel exhilarated.

When we experience real fear and hurt we begin to believe we are much smaller and less worthy in other parts of our life. This predicament often stays with us for many years and affects many areas of our life. The emotional shock of fear creates an energetic security blanket that wraps around you in a protective bubble. This shield is Mother Nature’s way of protecting her child and is healthy at the time. Fear is a root form of safety and arises in love for life.

The challenge arises when we are ready or called to step beyond the protective bubble. In many psychic visions I have witnessed, this bubble is very real and difficult to break through as it hardens over time. The expression, coming out of your shell speaks to the raw feeling of this breakthrough. Yesterday, a friend faced with big changes said to me, “I feel as if an egg shell is cracking and it’s overwhelming me”.

If you are feeling trapped in a shell of fear you may still be within an old protective bubble. It rescued you all those years ago, but endures today. The shield is no longer needed and actually prevents you from inner growth. In short, the bubble distorts how we see the world and creates limitation. The bubble creates an illusion and traps you, its like being behind glass. The good news is your soul has a will of its own. Something inside is not content in the bubble and pushes to come out. Imagine a a baby chick that cracks its shell open. The force of the soul awakens and activates at certain reactionary moments. This will literally crack you up. Up, in this case means an energetic rise in self esteem and personal power. If you are pushed to a limit by another or a repeated karmic pattern something inside rebels and says enough. This is the moment to make a distinctive and often explosive choice.

Do we speak a truth and create a new larger boundary of empowerment? The revolt against old tendencies is an act of genuine courage. The alternative is to neglect this evolutionary force, stay in the wounded self, and settle for more time in the protective egg. Once the fear bubble cracks, it’s virtually impossible to go back in and stay in a positive vibrant state. We feel small again. If you stay in the shell there is a heavy sinking feeling of an opportunity being missed. There is a force of nature inside us saying enough. Over the years of giving intuitive readings and hearing people’s stories, I am astounded in admiration for all those who stand their ground and transform simultaneously. Your past dictates your present so don’t compare to others. Small things are big now, old traumas are living in your emotions in the present. If you even think about taking an empowered step then you are being very brave. I can assure you of that.

One Brave Act is Enough to Crack the Shell

We have all seen in the movies where we wait for the hero to finally stand up and claim their power. It makes for riveting entertainment as we put ourselves in their shoes. We know that the best stories mirror the moments of our struggle and conquest. When you stand in your power you claim your divine authentic self. Light rises from the lower chakra where the fear bubble emerged long ago. The energy released when the protective shell cracks surges and opens the higher chakra of power. This naturally creates higher density shield or new expansive boundary. Even a little effort brings great blessing and grace. When the new bubble forms it's as if a cloak of courage wraps around you, and it feels exhilarating. The people who make a brave choice have just evolved. Congratulations.

I call this type of awakening en-courage-ment. The brave act envelopes the person in an energetic cloak of courage. The exhilaration is intense and shoots up the astral spine. Many people report feeling much more alive in themselves when they act bravely. Life is inviting us through the karmic (reactionary) moment to step into a new power and new version of themselves.

Energetic Release

The fear-based protective shell was rooted in the lower chakras, manifesting in more fear and insecurity. This weakens the ability to trust instincts and be vulnerable. When someone breaks through the shell, all the energy bursts upwards into your navel chakra and manifests as new life force of fire and power. It is literally an evolutionary moment where claim new awareness.

Golden Light Surges

When the brave step is taken and life energy rises within, the gate of the chakra opens, and a spurt of divine light releases. The exhilarating effect brings us closer to an experience of radiant joy. Far beyond happiness, this sublime feeling is expansive, uplifting, and calming to the system. In Sanskrit, the ancient language of India, this energy is a release of amritum, nectar of bliss.

The Hero’s Journey

One brave act is indeed heroic, with no exceptions. One empowered choice shakes the earth you stand on. There is an epic inner battle going on within us all. You have the free will to make that choice. Your will can be channeled into action. Your will is divine power flowing through you. Use the affirmation in meditation:

                I am Divine Power and God’s will is within me. May Your will be my will.

When karma comes you will have a choice before you. Do you stay in the old shell, or do you break through and claim the golden cloak of courage? Sooner or later that moment will arise. With the right guides, knowing and love for yourself you can claim that power and the title of brave heart.
