About Jenny and Steven

We have each been meditating regularly for over fifteen years and have seen tremendous benefit in our lives. Teaching with compassion, it is our mission to make meditation accessible to everyone. As devotees of the 20th-century yogi Paramhansa Yogananda, who introduced practical spiritual techniques to the West and embraced all religions and paths, we find joy in sharing his teachings.
