Meet The Teachers
Jenny and Steven have each been meditating for over 20 years. Their mission is to bring this ancient meditation method and make it universally available for everyone.
Their inspiration for this course comes from their guru, 20th century yogi, Paramhansa Yogananda. He brought these techniques to the West a hundred years ago. You can read his remarkable story in the spiritual classic, Autobiography of a Yogi.
