About the event

Meditating as part of a group brings a synergy which deepens and sweetens the personal practice. During the month you will receive in person instruction, audio practices, daily inspiration and many tips to take your meditation practice into the future.


Jenny and Steven will be your meditation teachers on this challenge. Each of us has been meditating for about twenty years. We have learned many nuances, best practices and inspiring methods so you want to meditate. Group synergy, collective intention makes the whole process so much more enjoyable. 


Rooted in the wisdom of the yogic tradition, this challenge will introduce you to a natural and authentic meditation technique—one that aligns with time-tested principles and is designed to be practical, transformative, and deeply satisfying. You’ll not only learn a proven meditation method but also connect with like-minded individuals who are eager to embrace this journey of inner discovery and peace.
